Mary Sarka was my real estate agent for four months as I searched for a new home. During my search for a home, she worked around my schedule so that we could look at houses that were for sale. She worked tirelessly to help me to find the perfect home. She offered me many choices of houses that were in my price range. She e-mailed me all of the new price listings and reduction of prices on houses as soon as they became available.

As a first time homebuyer, Mary walked me through the bidding and buying process. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Mary was also able to refer me to a wonderful mortgage broker who was able to get me a very affordable interest rate.

Mary was personable and I enjoyed working with her to find a home.

Mary was also very patient and did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not want or could not afford.

Mary is a great real estate agent who is passionate and dedicated to her profession and her clients. I would strongly recommend Mary to anyone that was interested in buying or selling a home.

Hi Mary

First off I would like to thank you for all the work you put into sending me these property searches. It is appreciated. After talking with Dan we have decided that even though we do know two realtors on a personal level, we would prefer to use someone who will really work for us and you are that person.

We have found a few homes that have peaked our interest and would like to look at them. Our concern though is that we will not get financing. Our credit is quite bad. We have been slowly trying to fix it but it has been a tough road. Neither of us wants to even look unless we know we have the financing and it will also help us in knowing which houses will be realistic to look at. Dan did serve in the Army and I know there is some sort of help they give. I am not sure about the whole thing but I believe it helps with down payment stuff.

Also, there is a home on Bennett that has been on the market for some time. It is very close to Drake Road. I was curious about it. A new sign saying that it was 0% down and price reduced went up a few days ago. I want to say it's with Remax but don't quote me. I did not see it in your search but then I may have just missed it.

My work schedule is extremely crazy, (I have a full time job, two part time jobs and 3 teenage daughters). The best way to reach me is usually email or phone tag.
