About the Broker Owner...

Licensed in 1999, I began my real estate career. I started the Property Management division for Tilson Real Estate with one investment property that I managed for my mother and her sisters. As the news spread that a company in the Rockbridge area was providing specialized property management services, more Landlords joined my portfolio. In turn came the real estate sales, an the desire to specialize in investment and income producing properties.

In 2003 Tilson Real Estate, the oldest real estate company in the Lexington area closed its doors. I moved the property management company to Colonna & Associates.

Soon it became clear that it was time for me to open my own company, and in 2004 Lexington Company was born! Initially, the vision was to be a property management company and cater to some investment property sales. Soon sales associates came to inquire about the possibility of joining the firm as a sales agent. Both the real estate sales and property management divisions grew to 15 agents, and over 100 rental properties managed.

In November of 2004, Lexington Company's real estate sales division became affiliated with ERA Franchise Systems, and merged with Ramsey Real Estate in Buena Vista. Currently the real estate sales associates work out of two locations in Buena Vista and Lexington. We are now 24 agents strong at ERA Premier Partners and we remain the area's leader in Property Management Services.
