My name is Anita Fuss and I am a FULL TIME Broker-Associate, GRI, ISS,TRC licensed Florida Realtor with ERA American Realty & Investments in Beverly Hills, FL. Being a professional, full time Realtor in Citrus County, and helping scores of families buy and sell properties, I asked myself..how can I give my customers, such as you, expert service and ensure that they received the best possible value in their real estate transactions? After studying the problem for sometime, I finally realized that the old traditional way real estate agents worked doesn't work that well anymore in this changing market. I decided to develop a unique marketing process and service program dedicated to ensure that you receive exceptional service that would set new standards of excellence for the industry.
You should know my professional qualifications
I hold the prestigious GRI designation. This designation conferred by the National Association of Realtors, is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive educational program in residential real estate. In addition to this, I have completed studies to become a licensed Broker-Associate, and have successfully passed these intensive classroom and state tests. Add to these designations and licensure, I have the completed the best comprehensive training and have been awarded the top designation & certification in Integrity Selling Systems. There are only 55 out of over 130,000 real estate professionals in the entire State of Florida who have had this training & hold this designation at this time. I have also completed programs & graduated from ERA Top Gun Academy, ERA Acceleration,& At Home With Diversity. I am also a member of NAR, FAR, and the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), and am President Elect 2009 for Women's Council of Realtors in our local chapter. I am also involved in a local Toastmasters International Club. I have most recently completed my training in Historic Properties and am now listed in the National Trust for Preservation of Historic Properties. I am also involved with the newly formed International Council here in Citrus County that will open new doors for businesses to locate here and to encourage our foreign friends to come here to live and work in our "Nature Coast" paradise. I hold the TRC designation, which will allow me to access more International customers.
I have over 30 years of experience in customer relations in public and private business, which have given me invaluable experience in servicing customer questions, problem solving, and insight to how business works and how customers think.
