For over 20 years I've represented buyers and sellers in all aspects of the real estate market. I've lived in Chautauqua County my whole life and love to share its beauty and assets with both full time residents and visitors.

A graduate of Cornell University, I've worked as both a Cooperative Extension Agent and a Home Economics teacher focusing on consumer issues before entering the real estate field. My special interests include Chautauqua Institution, the area's lakes, and rural residential properties.

I love my work and especially enjoy the challenge of negotiating the best "deal" for my clients. ERA Vacation Properties extensively advertises listings both in and out of the area, and creatively markets all our listings. However, most of our business comes through referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers.
