I have been involved in the marketing and sale of real estate on Cape Cod since the 80's with a strong local knowledge. Vacationing on the Cape since the early 60's and then purchasing a bay front beach house in the 70's. I made the decision to relocate to the Cape full time from Boston in 1987. In my previous life I had been involved with a marketing and publishing company working with clients such as General Electric, Raytheon, Itek and Lotus. Development and creation of a juvenile products company marketing products to clients such as Sears, J.C. Penny, Linens and Things, Costco and more. Built a Juvenile licensing company that had programs with some of the top juvenile manufacturers and retailers in the world. With my strong background in marketing, sales and contract negotiation, marketing and selling real estate on Cape Cod was a natural decision and great fit. With almost twenty years of marketing and sale of Cape Cod real estate my knowledge and experience is almost second to none.
