I am not new to success. In the Master's World Games I won one gold medal and two silver medals in running events. In 1999, I went to Kakegawa, Japan to represent Eugene as a sister city in their marathon. I have run over 55 marathons with my personal best being 2:34. I participated in the Iron Man Triathlon (Kona, Hawaii) twice and both times finished in the top 50 overall. I recently ran the Boston Marathon at the age of 62.

My professional work experience includes a Master's Degree in Education. I spent 4 years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Malaysia, over 10 years as a secondary school teacher, owner of my own bike trekking business for 2 years, opened and ran my own lodge on the big island of Hawaii for 7 years. I know I can coach you to success with your real estate purchase, because I have been a coach most of my adult life. I have been a swimming coach to high school and age group students, a national coach in Hawaii, and coached my daughters to 2nd and 3rd place national triathlon titles.

I am the proud husband and parent of three children. My wife is a registered nurse and educator, my children are ages 33, 31, and 22. Our oldest daughter is a Structural Engineer, in Jackson Hole Wyoming, and graduated from Oregon State University (though we remain devout duck fans!). Her sister, our middle child, is a Marketing Directory for an advertising agency. She is also the mother of our amazingly beautiful and talented 21-month-old grandchild. Our son is a senior in Computer Engineering at Montana State University. We couldn't be more proud of our children.

As I begin my 19th year in real estate, I continue to strive to work with integrity as a caring and understanding Realtor who believes strongly in a win-win philosophy. I have been a multimillion dollar producer for 18 years. A large percentage of my business comes from personal referrals. This means satisfied clients.
