My mission statement is as follows: As a Realtor in today's changing market it is important that an agent be aware daily of the changes that are occurring. It has become my goal to assist my customers to the best of my ability to secure their share of the American dream, a new home. With the increase of short sales and foreclosures it is a much more difficult road to navigate. I also have to keep in mind the effect that the market has on my sellers to work to the best of my ability to get their home to a closed transaction working in some cases with the third party approval of a short sale to all parties satisfaction.
