When I work with a buyer, my number one goal is to meet that person's needs. I have heard from too many people I have worked with, that in the past their needs were ignored and discarded. Your needs are the number one priority! I do not show you houses that do not meet your needs. I handle the entire process for you, from finding houses, to scheduling showings, to working through negotiations, and to the final day of closing. But along the way there is much more than that: I help you with understanding market areas and pricing so that ultimately you buy a good home at a good price. I help you stay protected in your purchase with offering advice for other quality professional services like home inspectors, mortgage lenders and attorneys.
For you as a SELLER.
In today's tough market, selling a home can be a difficult experience. I often tell people that homes can practically sell themselves, BUT ONLY if all the pieces of the puzzle are in the right place. Those pieces are: location, condition, price, and what your agent does for you with marketing/advertising and their efforts. You can't change your home's location. You can however decide the price and condition it will be in. You can also decide what agent you will use and will they be effective at what they do. I see so many homes for sale that are poorly put together - the advertising copy is ineffective, the picture quality is poor or too few, they don't have a virtual property photoshow like I offer, and they don't have the exposure they need in local print publications and online. That's just the beginning of the list! That's where my aggressive and effective work on your behalf makes a difference in selling your home. I also help all of my sellers with understanding the relationship between location, price and condition. This is why I have been effective at selling homes that were previously on the market and did not sell.
