Although originally from Pittsburgh, I have been a resident of Jacksonville since 1956 so I consider myself native to the area. My wife Donna and I have bee married for 34 years and have been blessed with our daughter, Allison who secured her first property through ERA Dan Jones and Associates., Inc. and is now homeowner herself. Prior to entering into the real estate business I was employed by JEA for 32 years in the Material and Stores Division, where I started working in one of the warehouse facilities. I was promoted into the Inventory Control Section and served as the Inventry Management Supervisor for 28 years. During this tenure, I was directly involved with both JEA internal and external customers, as well as coordinating material, logistic requirements for JEA crews, contractors, and reconciling vendor discrepancies. A desire to enter the real estate business was driven by my interest in the housing market, residential construction, working with a current property owner desiring a change, and assisting a new home buyer in locating and securing their first real estateproperty. My past experiences have prepared me to help you meet your real estate goal and to assist you through the contract process. My customer commitment is to conduct business professionally, honestly, and in a timely manner while keeping you advised of all apects of your selling or buying transaction process.

  • I like anything to do with restoring classic Chevy's, building street rods, attending car shows, and local drag racing events. Being outdoors hunting, fishing, attending a high school or college football or baseball game are favorite pastimes. I also getgreat satisfaction building custom wood furniture, cooking, volunteering at my church, and being with family and friends.
