Sales Associate Profile
I became an associate of ERA Cousens Realty in 1994 as a new Sales Agent. Since joining the team, I have attained my Associate Brokers License and recently my Brokers License. I have also graduated from the prestigious ERA Top Gun Academy, obtained the Acredited Buyer Representative designation and have completed numerous real estate training courses to give my clients the best information possible. Growing up the oldest of nine on a Dairy farm in Minnesota, I learned the value of hard work. I work hard for my clients to help them realize their dreams, whether it is a purchase of a new home or a sale of a existing property. Buying or selling a home can be exciting and trying for my clients. My goal is to help you sell or buy property in a reasonable amount of time, at fair market value and to make the experience as stress free and fun as possible.

Hobbies

  • When not showing or listing property, I enjoy gardening. I have a large flower bed with a pond that my son and I dug out together. I also spend time in the Northern Maine woods, fishing and hiking when I want to get away from it all.
