In response to the many requests ERA Show Place Realty was receiving it was decided in 1997 that all realtors would donate a percentage of each of their commissions to a Community Service Fund. In addition to the monitary contribution Show Place Realty prides itself on the thousands of hours that our agents volunteer to worthy projects. Just a sample of which include: MDA, American Cancer Society, Habitat For Humanity, Ministerial Society, Historical Society, Humane Society, Boy Scouts of America, many local school projects and so much more.

Due to this noted goal, of service, ERA Show Place Realty was initially contacted concerning KY Housing repair affair grants. Show Place spearheaded the organization of this worthwhile organization which has completed seven years of help to senior and physically challanged homeowners. More than 125 homes have seen significant repair.
