Information Needed at Your Application:

  1. Last 2 years W-2’s and Pay Stubs to cover previous 30 days.
  2. Residence Address, Landlord’s Addresses to cover the past 2 years.
  3. Names and Addresses of Each Employer – past 2 years.
  4. Names, Addresses, Accounts #’s and Balance All Checking and Savings Accounts..
  5. Two months Bank Statements on all Accounts (3 months for VA only).
  6. Names, Addresses, Account #’s, Balances and Monthly Payments of all open loans.
  7. Self Employed: Last 2 years Tax Returns, Personal/Business with all schedules, YTD P&I and Balance Sheets.
  8. Check for Credit Report, Appraisal and Flood Certificate.
  9. Certificate of Eligibility and DDD214’s (VA Only).
  10. Picture ID and Social Security Card
