All About John DeBenedetto
Business Philosophy
Finding the perfect home and being a part of an individual or family's most important decision is truly what sets this profession apart. I believe that it is not only the home you sell, but the people you meet, the neighborhoods you show and the communities they move into that will make an impact on them the rest of their lives. I take this task very seriously and enjoy every new challenge.
Education and Training
Education is imperative and crucial in today’s Real Estate Industry! If I don’t keep up-to-date on what’s happening, not only with the housing market, but also with Mortgages, Fair Housing and Zoning Laws, Environmental Issues, plus a myriad of other topics, how will I be able to help you down the road? Besides taking mandatory and elective courses required for license renewal every two year, I am also taking courses for certification as a Cartus Relocation, Marketing, and Affinity Specialist, and USAA Movers Advantage Program Specialist. From Marketing to ethics and environmental conditions to the latest in technology, I will continue taking classes that help me to better “serve” you.
