Joy worked at BellSouth Services for 28 years as a trainer and manager in the operator services department and as a manager in the property management and real estate departments. Through this experience, she gained many skills which have carried over into her 15 year real estate career with ERA Dan Jones and Associates, Inc. Joy enjoys large family gatherings with her 7 children, and 17 grandchildren. Joy's experience in the corporate world along with the many tools and services afforded through ERA products and services have helped Joy achieve success and attend to her customers needs. Her main goal is customer satisfaction and she loves selling real estate because she has met so many wonderful people and she enjoys helping to make her customers dreams come true.
