Born in Havana, Cuba and a New Jersey resident for over (50) years in Hudson and Bergen Counties and presently residing in Northern Bergen County. Manuel, has considerable knowledge of the Real Estate market with a Client / Customer "FIRST" philpsophy. Manuel, is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology. Before joining the ERA Real Estate Family, in 2006, Manuel, has been involved in the Architectural and Construction fields for a Fortune 500 Company and owned his own private Project Management Consulting Services Company, in addition to his Real Estate career.
