She has thirty years previous sales experience working for a major land developer where she specialized in vacant land sales in the San Luis Valley of South Central Colorado. Since Joining ERA Marie has been able to expand her expertise to commercial, residential, and farm/ranch sales and increased her service to customers through a strong work ethic and attention to customer satisfaction. Marie has been honored several times on a National Level and was the 11th ranked agent nationwide for ERA for number of sides closed in 2006 and 2007. In 2008 she was ranked 24 nationwide. Marie strives to make the buying and selling of Real Estate a satisfying experience to the clients she serves.
