Marv relocated from Ohio to Marco Island in 1969. He began his real estate career with the developer of Marco Island. In 1973 he received his brokers license and founded Flagship Real Estate Corp. (ERA Flagship R.E.)

Marv is married to wife Jayne and together they have four children, three of whom are Realtors.

Over Marv’s many years in the real estate profession, he has designed and built nearly 150 houses and designed, developed and redeveloped commercial property. Further, Marv is considered an expert in the Resort Property Management field, has written legislation and served in an advisory position to the Governor of Florida.

As an active member of the community for nearly 40 years, his community involvement and real estate experience combine to qualify him as a highly skilled professional.
