Mary Beth is sincerely passionate about Real Estate. Her commitment and continuing success is based on the fact that her primary focus is the client. The clients' best interest is what motivates her. Mary Beth understands that buying and selling Real Estate, especially one's own home is a very personal and at times, emotional experience. Mary Beth prides herself on being available to the client and following through even after the deal has closed. Mary Beth has the dedication and commitment to guide you, the client, through every aspect of the transaction with as much care and as little stress as possible.

Mary Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Fredonia State College. Before starting her career in real estate, Mary Beth was the Director of Communications for a local business college and formed Grayfin Properties LLC, a rental/investment company where she renovated nine properties in five years. After one year as a licensed agent, Mary Beth went on to receive her Associate Brokers license and quickly became a top producer and a significant force within Chautauqua County Real Estate community. She has completed many continuing education courses including, CREATE 21, an intensive six-week agent training through Century 21, Fine Homes and Estates, American Architecture and Home Styles, and Ethics in Real Estate.

She is a member of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors and Allen Park Womens™ Club.
