Having recently relocated to Lexington, South Carolina from Cleveland, Ohio, my wife Erica and I quickly learned our way around the area and appreciate all it has to offer. We truly love our life in South Carolina and are proud to call Lexington our home. Erica is a teacher at White Knoll High School where she enjoys teaching 9th grade health. I, supported by my knowledge and experience in real estate, sales, business, and construction, am a practicing Realtor.
Due to my strong work ethic I am eager to meet and assist you with your real estate needs. Exemplifying this,before moving to South Carolina, I was employed full time by my uncle in commercial construction of doctors' offices and restaurants, and as an independent contractor,specializing in home repair and remodeling. I also attended school full time during this period, earning my Associates Degree in Real Estate. Then, upon settling in Lexington I returned to school and received my South Carolina Real Estate License.
