Mitzi retired December, 2006 with 30 years teaching experience in Georgia. She now serves the public as the third generation professional realtor in her family. Mitzi apprenticed with her mother , Betty Minick,who has 30 years experience and is co-owner and co-founder of ERA Landmark Realty. Mitzi has already accumulated 75 hours in real estate education courses including ERA Distinction and AccelERAtion. She has earned the designation Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Accredited Buyer Representative (APR). Mitzi will offer home staging as a service to her clients, so that the seller's property can sell faster and the buyer can visualize that house as their own. She has also taken classes with 2007 and 2008 GA contracts and the Code of Ethics. Mitzi was selected Rookie of the Year in 2007 by the Statesboro Board of Realtors. Mitzi was inducted into the Distinguished Sales Society in 2008.
