The St George and Southern Utah markets are moving again! It isn’t the crazy activity of three years ago, but the market is breathing and moving and homes are affordable and selling again ! That is good news for Buyers AND Sellers. The inventory is being consumed so Sellers can stop worrying about getting rid of their home and Buyers are getting great deals on gorgeous property.
