Robert Ransome or “Rob” as he is known, has become a noteworthy sales associate during his time in Real Estate. His tenacity for production can only be matched by his willingness to serve his clients to the best of his ability. One conversation with Rob will lead you to understand that his desire to make your sales transaction an informative process is only the beginning to a wonderful, life-long, client to Realtor relationship.

Mr. Ransome started his career in sales during his high school days working for numerous retail establishments throughout the Richmond area. The very first lesson learned and instilled in him was the fact that customer service is priority number one. Continuing on to college, Mr. Ransome chose to continue with retail sales in his spare time. He noticed that he continued to have many repeat customers who not only liked his personality, but his exceptional work ethic and customer service skills. After purchasing his first personal home, Mr. Ransome was intrigued by the process of purchasing and selling homes and coupled that with his appreciation for architecture. What resulted was a desire to apply his sales and customer service skills towards helping individuals and families realize their goal of home ownership. Most importantly, the sales and marketing strategies learned in his early sales career have served as the foundation for building his Real Estate sales career. After gaining extensive knowledge and insight into becoming a multi-million dollar producer as a team member with a high volume sales force, Rob set out to produce those same results solely by his own accord in his Real Estate career. With customer service being his number one priority, Rob searched for a company that would combine his high level of customer service with the technology that customers use today to purchase homes. Mr. Ransome is a native of Richmond, VA. He attended Henrico High School as well as The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA where he majored in Marine Biology/Oceanography. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and loves to share his life experiences with any lending ear.
