The cost of having a professional Home Stager come to your property and give you a detailed report can range anywhere from $150.00 to $300.00 and up, depending on the size of the house. If you choose to rent furniture, update appliances etc. it will up the cost, as does having the staging professional do and oversee the actual staging process.

NO, unless you want to improve the value of your home with bigger updates! Most times we can use existing furniture and accessories to make a buyer see the qualities of your house.
