Over these six years of service, I managed several multi-family communities as well as being responsible to manage new construction and tax credit properties. It was my responsibility to structure a management team to carry out all leasing, maintenance and budgeting required by my cooperate office and owners. This team was designed to manage on site maintenance, accounting, and resident relations. Budgets had to be projected, maintained and enforced. Solicitation of bids and contractors for major projects were also required. I communicated daily with most of the residents and enforced codes and restrictions as needed.

Property Manager

Create and organize a profitable property management program to existing and prospective clients. It was my direct responsibility to grow the department and within two years we became the largest management company in Jacksonville. Now we have been in the top ten for the past three years. I have employed a team as needed with our growth and created new areas of profit for the company. Creating websites, providing automatic deposit for owner's, lease and manage commercial along with residential properties and solicit new business, are just some of my day to day responsibilities.
