Along with being your realtor, I also recommend staging if your home requires it. Staging is a simple process. We re-arrange your furniture and remove some of the larger pieces to enhance your space. This simple task gives your buyer the inviting feel every home should have. Buyers love to see space and organization and by staging we accomplish the feel buyers are looking for. If a fresh coat of paint is needed on one wall or several and closets need to be cleaned and organized, it is well worth your time to do those things beforehand.
