W.D. 'Bill' Hobson is a licensed Realtor (tm) who has represented buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions since 1979. Each year, since joining ERA Brokers in 1999, his sales performance has placed him in the top ten percent or higher of the company's agents. He has qualified for 'Beyond Excellence' for each year; having successfully completed well-in-excess of three million dollars of sales volume each year. He has recently become a certified INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION SPECIALIST, which enables him to expand his client services through a worldwide network of real estate professionals specializing in luxury properties. A St. George resident since 1970, Bill graduated from Dixie High School and counts himself a Dixie College alumnus. He has served in several church and community organizations including the St. George City Planning Commission for eight years. He married the former Bonnie Brinkerhoff of Salt Lake City in 1976, and together they have five children and three grandchildren.
